The inspiration came from Fabi’s Blog. Here I used what I had at home, nothing too “glam”, just banana, apple and pear. I cut the fruits into pieces, squeezed 1/2 lemon, a drizzle of honey, a little sugar and cinnamon, mixed well, covered the casserole dish and oven for 20 minutes. I made it in a casserole dish but it can be in any refractory covered with aluminum foil or directly in the aluminum (makes an envelope).
I transferred the fruits to a bowl, added a scoop of ice cream and the warm syrup that formed at the bottom of the pan. Dessert delight! You can make it with powdered sweetener instead of sugar and light/diet ice cream, which is practically the same!
