This recipe is old, many people already know it, but I think it’s worth going over because it’s very useful for those who can’t consume sugar or want to cut calories. I personally really like making recipes with this condensed milk, I find it very tasty and a little less sweet, which I really like. It can be used in any recipe replacing the traditional one.
Blend in a blender (I used a mixer): 1 cup (I used cream cheese) of powdered milk (can be traditional or skimmed), 3/4 (of the same cup used) of boiling water, 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener for culinary use and 1 tablespoon of margarine (I used Doriana Light).
Store in a closed container in the refrigerator. It acquires the correct consistency after 12 hours of refrigeration. It makes one can and has half the calories of the traditional one.
