Microwave Brigadeirão – Panelaterapia

Microwave Brigadeirão

Sweet cakes and pies

The microwave here at home is only used for heating and rarely defrosting. At most I use it to “toast” bacon (see the post teaching Here) and cooking vegetables in bags (see how it’s done Here).
I confess that I don’t really want to “cook” it in the microwave, but the brigadeirão, oh! This was a pleasant surprise! It’s not the best dessert in the world, but it’s pretty and very tasty. But the biggest advantage is that even a child can do it!

Blend in a blender:
3 eggs (I remove the skin from the yolk);
1 can of condensed milk;
1 can of whey-free cream (I used 1 box);
1 spoon (coffee) of vanilla essence;
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter or margarine;
1/2 cup of chocolate powder (I used Dois Frades);
3 tablespoons of sugar.

* If you prefer to use chocolate, do not add sugar.

Place in a pan greased with oil, butter or margarine (glass or plastic pan suitable for microwaves) for 8 minutes at maximum power. Let cool for 5 minutes, unmold and decorate as desired.

* It is important that the amount of liquid does not exceed half of the mold so as not to spill it inside the microwave.
