My friend Carol went to Canada for some time and brought a recipe for me to try:
Chocolate Chip Cookies
Lightly grease a baking tray
Sift:
1 cup of wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt (next time I will add half the salt)
Beat (I used a wire whisk)
1/2 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated sugar (I used organic crystal)
1/4 cup sifted brown sugar

In another container, beat until creamy (I used the wire whisk again)
1 egg with 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
Combine all the ingredients and add 1 cup of chocolate chips.
Place on the baking tray with the help of a spoon, leaving a good space between them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 250º for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
Carol: I don’t know if it turned out the same, but it was really good! I just don’t invite you to come and try them because at least ride the carriage In 10 minutes it will be over, but let’s set a day for me to do it again (this time without African wine, ugh, hush!).
