Sweet cakes and pies

You know that pile of fruit that is always left in the fridge, especially in winter? So, I had papaya, strawberries, grapes and an apple. I blended everything in a blender, without water, just with the juice of 1 clove lemon.

It yielded around 450 ml of fruit puree which I simmered over low heat with 200g of sugar until it thickened. During the process, a foam will form on the surface that you must remove and discard, ok?

I made a cool decoration on the pots and they are ready to give as gifts to loved ones!
