Capim Santo and Lemon Clove Mousse

Sweet cakes and pies

Two ingredients that were gifts from the neighbors. See if I’m lucky enough to win a bunch of lemongrass and a bag of clove lemons?

It was all more or less by eye. I started by making a strong tea with lemongrass leaves.

In the blender I added:
1 can of condensed milk
2 cups of tea (cold)
Juice of 2 lemons
1 box of cream (200ml)
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 and 1/2 packets of colorless gelatin prepared according to package instructions
1 pinch green food coloring because I wanted the train to be green and it turned out white.

I blended everything and took it to freeze. Simple and delicious!!!
