For the girls who were asking me for light recipes, this one was developed by me (and it was really good). Oh how chic!
If you want to make the normal version, just change the sweetener for the same amount of sugar, ok? And instead of apples, you can use bananas, pears, fresh peaches, and a bunch of others.

Massa:
2 tablespoons of chilled unsalted butter and chopped into small pieces;
2/3 cup powdered sweetener suitable for ovens and stovetops;
1 ovo;
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of wheat flour;
1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Mix everything until it doesn’t stick to your hands, the ideal is to add the flour little by little because depending on the size of the egg, more or less flour can be used.

Line a removable mold with the dough (I took small pieces of dough and arranged them in the mold), cover with thin apple slices. The amount of dough was enough to cover a 22cm shallow pan.
Make a cream by mixing (without using heat): 15 tablespoons of milk, 4 tablespoons of powdered sweetener suitable for the oven and stove, 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch (cornstarch) and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Pour the cream (which is actually liquid) on top, sprinkle cinnamon and bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden.
For those who are happy and don’t need to lose weight, try serving it with ice cream! Although there is light cream ice cream too, hey, everyone can be happy then! 🙂
