Super simple, but I love this porridge! I’ve been making some adjustments to make it my own because the original recipe is even simpler.
For a generous portion, I put 2 tablespoons of tapioca (the one that looks like pearls, it’s not tapioca dough, see?) in 1 glass of milk and let it soak for 1 hour.
Then I heat it with 1 tablespoon of grated coconut, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 cinnamon stick, 2 cloves.
I let it boil until it becomes porridge. I sprinkle cinnamon when serving. I like to eat it right away because if you put it in the fridge it hardens a lot and doesn’t stay cool.
