Well, I told you a little while ago that I wanted a bread machine, an ice cream maker and a fryer. Now all that’s left is the fryer (and a new house to fit everything in). Envision a technological kitchen?
To debut my ice cream maker I made a frozen recipe, light, refreshing and super easy.
Blend with a mixer (can be a blender):
2 pots of full-fat natural yogurt (170g each)
1 papaya (it was very large)
80 ml of whole milk
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Sugar (or sweetener) until it suits your taste

All the ingredients were very cold, so I took it to the ice cream maker and 20 minutes later it was ready.
For those who don’t have an ice cream maker, you can take the blended ingredients straight to the freezer, but it will be very hard, meaning you’ll need to leave it out of the freezer for about 5 minutes before consuming, or blend the frozen mixture again to get the frozen texture.
