Peanut Cupcake with Nutella

I went to buy almond flour to make Macarons (I realized I wanted to make it), but I only had peanut flour, however, the seller said you could make it with it and I bought it. When I got home I thought the flavor was too intense and I gave up on making the macarons. So I looked for another recipe that used peanut flour, which is nothing more than roasted and ground peanuts.

I found this –> Edu Guedes peanut cake and I decided to make it in cupcake format. However, after baking I thought they were a bit bland (the flavor is very mild) and I added Nutella.

Using a small knife, I opened a “cap” on each cupcake, filled the cavity with a spoonful of Nutella and covered it with the “cap” again. On top, a little more Nutella to finish. That was delicious!!!
