Having puff pastry in the fridge is everything in life, colleagues! Break a lot of branches! It becomes a quick snack, it becomes a pie with leftovers and this time it became an impromptu dessert that was AMAZING! Perfect!
I chopped a banana and mixed it with sugar and cinnamon. I greased the pots with unsalted butter (it still stuck a little). I lined them with puff pastry.
I filled it with chopped banana, poured a drizzle of condensed milk and put it in the oven until the dough was golden brown. After it was almost cold, I covered it with whipped cream! Think!

As I said, I made it on the spur of the moment and didn’t write down the quantities, but just to give you an idea, for each jar I used a chopped banana, a level tablespoon of sugar mixed with cinnamon (I already have it mixed in a jar) and 2 spoons ( soup) of condensed milk.
Trust me, it’s not too sweet! The puff pastry has a touch of salt and the whipped cream balances it perfectly!
* The whipped cream is one of those spray creams.
