This is probably the simplest way to make a Petit Gateau. He uses chocolate powder in the dough (do you know the “priest’s chocolate”?) and doesn’t use flour. Still, it’s VERY delicious! I tested this recipe a while ago and have already shared it here on the blog (see here), but to make it even easier, we recorded a 2-minute video for you to learn in all the details.
