- 200g of milk chocolate;
- 200g semi-sweet chocolate.

First, melt the chocolates in a bain-marie or place them in the microwave. Then pour the syrup into ice cube trays and refrigerate for 2 minutes. Then, remove the chocolate cubes, insert a toothpick in the center and refrigerate for another 5 minutes. Unmold and serve with a cup of hot milk.
Hot chocolate with marshmallows

Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of milk;
- 6 marshmallows;
- 1 cup (tea) semi-sweet chocolate;
- 1/4 cup (tea) cocoa powder.
Preparation mode
Heat the milk, chopped chocolate and cocoa in a pan over medium heat. Stir until the chocolate melts and the mixture is homogeneous. Finally, serve in a cup with pieces of marshmallow.
Hot chocolate with whipped cream

Ingredients
- 1 condensed milk;
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1l of milk;
- 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
- 100g chopped milk chocolate;
- 1 cream;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Preparation mode
First, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk. Then, add the mixture to a pan, along with the condensed milk, chocolate milk and chopped chocolate. Cook over low heat until the chocolate melts completely.
Finally, remove the hot chocolate from the heat and add the cream and essence. Serve accompanied by whipped cream.
Mulled wine (Quentão)

Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar;
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of water;
- 4 cloves;
- 2 cinnamon sticks;
- Zest of the peel of 1 orange;
- 1 bottle of dry red wine (750ml);
- 1 Fuji apple.
Preparation mode
First, pour half the sugar into a pan and place over medium heat. Stir until you get a golden caramel, then add the water and stir until dissolved. Soon after, pour in the rest of the sugar, wine, cloves, cinnamon, orange zest and cook for 10 minutes.
Finally, after boiling, turn off and add the diced and peeled apple. Serve!
Brandy with chocolate

Ingredients
- 5 cups (tea) of milk;
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 cinnamon stick;
- Chopped semi-sweet chocolate;
- 1 cup (tea) of brandy.
Preparation mode
Bring the milk, condensed milk and cinnamon to a low heat and cook for 3 minutes. Then, when it starts to boil, add the chocolate and mix until it thickens. Finally, remove from the heat, add the brandy and serve.
Hot chocolate with pepper and spices

Ingredients
- 300ml of cream;
- 50ml of milk;
- 1 Pinch of finger pepper;
- 2 cinnamon sticks;
- 1 grain of black pepper;
- 3 cardamom grains;
- 300g of milk chocolate.
Preparation Mode
Boil the cream and milk with the spices. Then strain and place over the chocolate. Stir well and serve.
White hot chocolate

Ingredients
- 1l of milk;
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 2 bars of white chocolate;
- Vanilla essence;
- 150g of cream.
Preparation Mode
Firstly, dissolve the corn friend in the milk and place over low heat. Stir well and, when it boils, turn off the heat and add the cream. Then, finally, add the grated white chocolate and stir until it dissolves. Add 3 drops of vanilla essence and serve.
Coffee with dulce de leche

Ingredients
- 2 cups of ready-made coffee without sugar;
- 4 cups (tea) of cream ice cream;
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of creamy dulce de leche;
- 1 cup (tea) of ready-made whipped cream;
- Chocolate powder.
Preparation mode
First, in the blender, blend the ready-made coffee, ice cream and dulce de leche for 1 minute. Then, add a little dulce de leche to the bottom of the cups and pour in the whipped coffee mixture. Finally, finish with whipped cream and chocolate powder on top.
Ginger tea

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 piece of ginger;
- 5 cloves;
- 2 cinnamon sticks;
- 750 ml of water.
Preparation Mode
Place the sugar, cloves, cinnamon and ginger over medium heat. =Let it caramelize until golden. Soon after, add the water and leave on the heat until all the caramel is dissolved. Finally, strain and serve.
Caramel tea

Ingredients
- 750 ml of water;
- 1 cinnamon stick;
- 5 cloves;
- 10 tablespoons of sugar;
- 1 lemon;
- 1 teaspoon of mate tea.
Preparation Mode
First, boil the water with the cloves and cinnamon, set aside. Then, in a pan, caramelize the sugar. When ready, pour the water over it, mix well and add the lemon juice and mate tea. Lower for 5 minutes, strain and serve.
Creamy cappuccino

Ingredients
- 1 cup (tea) of sugar;
- 4 tablespoons of instant coffee;
- 1/2 cup (tea) of warm water;
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder;
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder.
Preparation mode
Beat the sugar, instant coffee and warm water in a mixer for 8 minutes. Then, add the cinnamon and chocolate powder and beat for another 5 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and store in the freezer until chilled. Finally, place spoonfuls of cappuccino in a mug of hot milk and mix until creamy.
Indian Chai Latte

Ingredients
- 1 glass of water;
- 3 tablespoons of black tea;
- 1 glass of milk;
- 2 cinnamon sticks;
- ½ grated ginger;
- 2 units of cardamom;
- 2 whole grains of black pepper;
- 4 tablespoons of honey.
Preparation mode
First, bring the water to the fire and, as soon as it boils, add the cinnamon, cardamom seeds, ginger, milk and sugar. Mix well, turn off the heat and add the black tea. Then, set aside covered for 4 minutes, strain and serve.
Irish Coffee

Ingredients
- 75ml hot strained coffee;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar;
- 45ml of whiskey;
- 30ml of cream.

First, beat the cream until stiff. Then, in another container, mix the hot coffee, whiskey and sugar. Finally, cover the mixture with whipped cream and serve.
Hot paçoca drink

Ingredients
- 4 cups (tea) of milk;
- 1/2 can of condensed milk;
- 5 crumbled paçocas;
- 4 teaspoons of cornstarch;
- 1/tea spoon of cinnamon powder.
Preparation mode
First, heat the milk, condensed milk, four paçocas, cornstarch and ground cinnamon over medium heat. Stir until it thickens and, once it reaches a homogeneous texture, sprinkle some paçoca on top and serve.
Citrus Coffee

Ingredients
- 1L of water;
- 4 tablespoons of coffee;
- Lemon peels;
- 1 tablespoon of condensed milk.
Preparation mode
In the coffee strainer, add the spoons of coffee powder and citrus peels. Then, add the hot water. Finally, when strained, sweeten with condensed milk and serve.
Rapadura coffee

Ingredients
- 200g of brown sugar;
- 1.5 liters of water;
- 3 spoons of coffee powder.
Preparation mode
First, put the water to boil over medium heat with the brown sugar. Then put the coffee powder in the strainer and, when it boils, add the water.
coconut liquor

Ingredients
- 1 finely grated fresh coconut;
- 1 liter of cachaça;
- 6 cups (tea) of sugar;
- 1 cup (tea) of water.
Preparation mode
First, mix the cups of fresh grated coconut, 1 liter of cachaça and two cups of sugar. Let it rest in a dry place for 10 days. Then, after this time, dissolve four cups of sugar in a liter of water over low heat, for 20 minutes or until a thick, golden syrup forms.
Finally, sift the coconut mixture and mix the liquid with the reserved sugar syrup. Shake and serve.
Coffee Mocha

Ingredients
- ½ cup of instant coffee;
- Semisweet chocolate;
- 1½ cups (tea) of powdered milk;
- 180ml of water.
Preparation mode
First, add the instant coffee, chopped semi-sweet chocolate and a cup of powdered milk to a pan over low heat. Mix well and finally, when homogeneous, place the mixture in a blender with milk and water. Ready!
Vegan Cappuccino

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of coffee;
- 2/3 cup of hot almond milk;
- Cinnamon powder.
Preparation mode
Pour the coffee into a cup with half the milk. Then, beat the other half of the milk with a whisk until it becomes foamy. Add to the cup, sprinkle the cinnamon powder on top and serve.
