  1. just found this recipe and am going to try it this weekend.  For your taco seasoning you said to go to recipe magic to get.  I found a lot of seasoning mixes but not sure which one is yours.
     

  2. If people are concerned about the preservatives or whatnot in most conventional taco seasonings, Trader Joe's sells one for 89 cents (in my area, YMMV) that doesn't have anything artificial in it.

  3. I made this vegan style last night it was very good, thanks for the recipe & taco seasoning on the other website. I only made a few changes I used jalapenos since I didn't have green chili peppers and sauteed it with the onions in water since I don't use oil. I also added 1 tsp smoked paprika in the homemade taco seasoning recipe.

  4. All of your recipes have come out very well for me. Only thing is black beans do not consistently come out cooked, even after 25 minutes. Any solutions to cooking beans as well as the rice which comes out great every time?
