Banana, Cocoa and Nutella Cupcake

Easy-to-make and delicious cupcakes for an afternoon coffee! I didn’t use a mixer or blender, just a whisk to mix. I used these molds because I got them from the company that makes them, but you can use a muffin mold, or cupcake molds.

Before starting the recipe, it’s worth saying that it makes 12 dumplings, or 6 dumplings and a small English cake pan (which was the option I chose to make, although the photos only show the 6 dumplings). Let’s go to the recipe?

Ingredients:
2 large eggs (use 3 if they are small);
1 cup (tea) of warm milk;
1 mashed banana (any type, as long as it is very ripe);
4 tablespoons of oil;
2 cups (tea) of flour;
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar;
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder;
1 tablespoon of baking powder;
Hazelnut cream (Nutella or another brand) to taste.

Mix the liquid ingredients, add the dry ingredients and mix well. You can add them in the order of the ingredients list, except for the Nutella which you add later on top of each cupcake, before putting it in the oven.

Fill the molds 2/3 full, add the Nutella, I used approximately 1 tablespoon (dessert) in each cupcake, I spread it on the surface.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes in an oven already heated for 10 minutes at 180ºC.
