I adapted this dough from a recipe I have for savory pies and it worked really well. It gets just the right amount of crunch, without being too hard. I also think the sugar is just right because in general the fillings are already very sweet, so it’s very balanced.
Makes 2 20cm pies or one larger.
Ingredients:
2 cups. (tea) Wheat Flour;
3 col. (soup) sugar;
1 pinch of salt;
50g of Butter;
1 ovo;
40 ml of oil;
3 to 5 col. (soup) of water.
