Sour cream pudding recipe
Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 small box of cream
- Milk (same amount as the can of condensed milk)
- 2 eggs
Ingredients for the syrup
- 1 cup (tea) sugar
- 1/3 cup (tea) of water
Preparation mode
- Start by making the syrup. Furthermore, put the sugar in a pan and heat until the sugar melts.
- Then, add the water and let the syrup thicken and caramelize.
- Then, use the caramelized syrup to grease a mold with a hole in the middle and set aside.
- To make the cream pudding, place all the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 7 minutes.
- Finally, pour the mixture into the caramelized mold.
- Now, heat in a bain-marie and let it cook for approximately 1 hour.
- When it cools, take it to freeze, and only remove it when it is very cold.
Tips
- To make your cream pudding smooth, without those holes, simply pass the pudding mixture through a sieve when you put it in the mold.
- Another tip is to never cook the fluffy pudding too high. Also, don’t forget to cover with aluminum foil before cooking.
- Finally, to avoid making mistakes when making the cream pudding syrup, always use a proportion of half a measure of water to one measure of sugar. This way, your syrup will be at the right point.
