Basic and delicious brigadeiro that can be used as a filling and topping for cakes. It can even be used with a piping tip. And of course, it can be eaten with a spoon! What always ends up happening here at home is that half the recipe disappears from the pan before it cools! Because it really is delicious!
Ingredients:
2 cans of condensed milk;
2 small boxes of cream;
60g chopped semi-sweet chocolate;
5 spoons of 50% chocolate powder;
1 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
Way of doing:
Bring everything to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. Leave to cool at room temperature. It can be left out of the refrigerator for 48 hours in a cool place.
Place plastic wrap against the dough to prevent it from forming a darker crust.
Only refrigerate it after placing it on the cake, otherwise it will be very hard.
This amount is enough to fill a 3-layer naked cake measuring 20cm in diameter.
*Tip: a good pinch of salt really enhances the flavor of this recipe, but it’s optional, okay?
