METHOD:
Mix together 1/2 mashed banana or apple puree, 1 tbsp nut or seed butter & 3 tbsp flour of choice (plain, GF). Top with a handful of Sugar-Free Choc Chips. Microwave on high for 1 minute. Enjoy.
