Linguicinha Risotto with Tomato and Cheese

I fried the ham sausages with olive oil, added chopped onion, 1 large chopped skinless and seedless tomato, raw rice and added vegetable broth little by little (I didn’t use wine).
For each cup of rice there is approximately 1.5 liters of broth. Add a ladle of broth and stir over low heat until almost dry and only then add another. Repeat this procedure until the rice is cooked. At the end, add a tablespoon of butter, a saucer of grated cheese (I used mozzarella and parmesan) and sprinkled oregano. A risotto saves any lazy culinary day!
