Who has never made baked rice in their life? Thinking about options to reuse food and give a different look to everyday meals, I prepared this recipe with Broth SAZÓN®which is an ingredient that helps to spice up and add more flavor to regular rice, this broth is a hit in the kitchen when it comes to practicality and flavor.

There is an option for all types of dishes, in addition to the traditional Meat, Chicken and Vegetables, Broth SAZÓN® has super original flavors, such as the Chicken Caldo with a touch of shoyu, which is delicious for seasoning oriental dishes, the Rib Caldo which is divine in stews, the Picanha Caldo which gives a special touch to roasts, there is also the Homemade Caldo which is a mixture of meat, onion and tomato that is a hit in minced meat, without forgetting the Bacon Broth which is wonderful for seasoning beans!

To reproduce this recipe (quantity for 2 people) just follow the steps below:

Oven rice SAZÓN®

1. Sauté 1/2 onion in olive oil without letting it brown;
2. Add 2 slices of cooked ham, chopped into squares;
3. Add a small grated carrot and 5 chopped green olives;
4. Sprinkle 1/3 of the broth sachet SAZÓN® Chicken and add 4 tablespoons of water;
5. When almost all the water has evaporated, break an egg and stir until it is incorporated into the other ingredients;
6. Add a cup of ready-made rice and mix well;
7. Place in a refractory and cover with shavings of curd and parmesan cheese;
8. Place in the oven to brown.
