Before today’s recipe, I want to tell you that Panelaterapia is now part of the GNT channel portal partner network! This means that the blog content will be available on the portal and I will post any news about GNT.
At the top of the blog there is a bar with links to the portal’s content too, otherwise everything remains the same: my kitchen with the door open for you with lots of recipes and this exchange of good energy that has always happened here!
Now let’s get to the recipe, which is actually more of a reuse tip than a recipe.
I always try to make rice in small quantities to always consume it fresh, but sometimes I have leftovers and when that happens the next day I give it a new look, like this:
Sauté 1/2 onion in butter, add 3 chopped slices of ham, 1/4 chopped red pepper, 1/3 can of green corn and the same amount of fresh peas. I sprinkle about 1/3 of a packet of powdered vegetable broth, along with 1 and 1/2 cup of ready-made rice, 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan (in the photo I hadn’t added the cheese yet) and that’s it! Old rice with a new look and very good!
If you want to make the baked rice version, for this quantity just mix 1/2 pot of cream cheese, sprinkle more parmesan on top and put it in the oven to brown.
