It’s so simple that I didn’t even do it step by step. Silly little thing:
You sauté 1/2 cup of chopped bacon with onion, while still on the heat add two raw eggs (it will turn into a mess at this point) and mix well to cook them. Add 2 cups of ready-made rice, a handful of green onion (I only used chives) and when serving, mix straw potatoes.
*There are many variations of this rice. This is my way of doing it, but you can add your personal touch, ok?
