This is more of a tip than a revenue. Good option to escape grilled chicken breastin addition to being very light and healthy.
There is no right amount, here I used a boneless chicken breast cut into cubes and seasoned at least 2 hours in advance. In this post here you can find the recipe for my seasoning for chickenwhich makes all the difference and gives this beautiful color to the dish!
Sauté 1/2 onion and 1 clove of chopped garlic in olive oil, add the chicken cubes and let them brown (reserve the chicken marinade, that is, that seasoning that remained at the bottom of the dish).
Add 1 small diced carrot, a handful of chopped green beans and a little corn (it doesn’t matter if you increase or decrease the amount of vegetables, it depends on each person’s taste).
Mix the chicken marinade that you reserved with 1 coffee cup of water. Pour over the chicken and vegetables and cover the pan. If the water dries out, add more little by little until the vegetables are soft. Add the salt and sprinkle with parsley (I took the photo before the parsley).
With rice and green salad, you don’t need anything else.
