I’ll tell you that this isn’t made with that little packet of cream or onion soup, but it uses dehydrated onion, which is flaked.
Maybe you’ve never noticed, but it’s easy to find alongside seasonings in any supermarket. I use the one in the photo below, which is imported because I am pheena hahahaha, but it’s all the same.
First you will season 500g of diced chicken breast however you prefer. I used vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt and black pepper. Let the seasoning taste for at least 2 hours.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and 2 tablespoons of butter (the oil is used to prevent the butter from burning) and sauté 1/2 chopped onion until it starts to brown.
Add the chicken. When the chicken is golden, add 2 tablespoons of dehydrated onion and 1 small box of cream (without whey). Adjust the salt if necessary.
Wait for it to boil and that’s it.
Oh, it’s very tasty!!!
I could have done more with the presentation with some chopped parsley and such, but what about laziness? Do your best, okay, mate?
