Meat fondue, vegetable fondue or cheese fondue at this time of year is always a hit. But did you also think that fondue is only for those who have a clique? Well, Tirolez sent me several boxes of that delicious cheese fondue and I started researching and testing new ways to use it. Guys, I’ve already made pie, I’ve made crepe filling, and now this recipe is amazing!!!

Ingredients:
400g fillet mignon in cubes, seasoned as you prefer
2 col. manteiga (soup)
2 col. olive oil (soup)
1 cabbage shoyu (soup)
2 cloves of garlic, chopped or crushed
2 garlic cloves cut in half
1 small carrot, sliced, already cooked
6 cooked broccoli florets
3 small potatoes, cut into 4 pieces, cooked
Salt and black pepper to taste
100g Tirolez cheese fondue
½ cup grated Tirolez parmesan cheese
