Kafta on a skewer recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of ground chuck (Learn other recipes with ground beef)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • chopped green scent to taste
  • chopped mint to taste
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons of Syrian pepper
  • 4 teaspoons of salt

Preparation mode

  1. First, in a large bowl add the ground chuck.
  2. Then add the olive oil, green chilli, mint, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  3. Mix everything very well and finally add the breadcrumbs.
  4. Therefore, mix again until all ingredients form a consistent dough.
  5. Then, take some of the meat dough and start shaping it into the skewer sticks.
  6. Once done, place the koftas in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  7. Then, remove from the freezer and place the skewers in a mold and place in the preheated oven at 180° C for 40 minutes.
  8. Finally, just serve your koftas however you prefer.
