- 2 packages of negresco biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of margarine or butter

- First, let’s make the base of the pie. To do this, add the cookies with the filling to the blender or processor and process well.
- Then, transfer the processed cookies to a bowl.
- Then, melt the butter or margarine and add it to the biscuits.
- Mix everything very well until it forms a dough, if necessary add a little water.
- In this way, place the dough all over the bottom and sides of a mold with a removable bottom and set aside.
- Now for the filling, add the cream, condensed milk and nest milk to the blender and beat well until you reach a homogeneous cream.
- Then hydrate the gelatin.
- Add the gelatin to the cream and beat again.
- Therefore, place the filling in the cookie base mold and place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours.
- Finally, unmold the pie, sift a little milk over the top and serve.
Tips for preparing Ninho milk pie
