Crazy Beef Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg of clean soft thighs
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 onions cut into strips
  • 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 6 tomatoes without skin or seeds, chopped
  • 1 skinless red pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 bunch of chopped parsley
  • 12 French bread (learn how to make French bread)
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Preparation mode

  1. First, start by cutting the soft thigh into cubes along the grain to fill the sandwich.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  3. Then, heat the oil in a pressure cooker and when it is hot, add the meat cubes.
  4. Seal the pieces of meat on all sides.
  5. Then, remove and set aside.
  6. In the same pan add the olive oil to sauté the onion and garlic.
  7. Then add the tomato and pepper and cook until partially wilted.
  8. Then, add the tomato paste and mix everything.
  9. Return the meat to the pressure chamber and cover with water.
  10. Let it cook over medium heat until it starts to fall apart, around 40 minutes.
  11. When the meat is falling apart, remove it from the heat and use a fork to start shredding it in the pan.
  12. Then, mix again and adjust the seasoning of the sauce if necessary.
  13. Lastly, sprinkle with parsley and you’re ready to stuff the buns and make your crazy meat sandwich.

Tips for preparing the crazy meat sandwich

  • Despite covering the meat with water, it may dry out before you finish cooking the meat completely. Then, If necessary, add more water at this stage to finish cooking until the meat falls apart.
