PEACH DUMPLINGS:
Ingredients:
โข 1 large peach peeled and sliced into 8 slices (you can also use an apple or other desired fruit)
โข 1- 8 count tube of crescent rolls
โข 1/2 cup butter, melted
โข 2/3 cup sugar
โข 1/2 teaspoon each of cinnamon and nutmeg
โข 1 heaping tablespoon of flour
โข 3/4 cup lemon-lime soda (I used Sprite)
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF and lightly spray an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. If your pan is too large, your dumplings will dry out and will not be juicy.
2. Unroll the crescent rolls and place one peach slice on the wide end of one crescent and roll it up in the crescent. Place rolls in the baking dish.
3. In a small bowl combine the melted butter, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and flour. Pour the mixture over each crescent.
4. Pour the lemon-lime soda between the dumplings (do not pour on top of the dumplings). Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until crescents are golden brown.

Oh wow they look so yummy! I would eat this with vanilla ice cream. Thanks for the recipe ๐
I love making these! They look great!
They so yummy, thanks
Good morning Andrea! I was so excited when I watched this video. This looks so easy & delicious! I do not really care to bake. But I would absolutely do this because itโs so easy! Jenna could do this too & Jase would love to roll up the crescents! I donโt have peaches (which sound delicious) but I do have bunches of apples(frozen & fresh). It would probably have to bake longer for a fresh apple slice since theyโre firmer than a peach or frozen apple would be๐ค? How good would that be this winter!? Yummy! The Sprite is really different!?? As always….Thanks Andrea! Have a great day!๐๐

Hi, Andrea!
Wow, those peach dumplings look amazing. Actually, a few weeks ago I saw this recipe on Chriscook4u2's channel, and she said they were surprising delicious, too. I will have to give these a try, especially since you said that they were not doughy. Thanks for sharing!
Yum!! These sound amazing!! When you added that sauce at the end my mouth was watering!! :):)
Wow these are so juicy and look delicious ๐๐คค thanks for sharing Andrea โค๏ธ
Love these Andrea! I've made apple dumplings for years in much the same way (we use Mountain Dew in our family, it's just what was in the recipe that was given to me), but I love the idea of using peaches! Especially right now while they are so good and summery ๐ I hope you, Howard and Harrison are doing well! Take care, and have a wonderful and blessed day —Stacy ๐๐

This looks YUMMY! I do have a question. Could I use frozen fruit instead of fresh? I know fresh is better. Thank you for this wonderful idea.
I just made a batch of these and used a can of Luck's Fried Apples instead…TURNED OUT REAL GOOD! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

How to get to your recipe for crescent roll peach dumplingd
I tried this recipe and my husband and aunt love it, thank you!!!โฅ๏ธ
Can I prep croissant and peaches (minus wet ingredients) the night before and keep them in the fridge to make them the following day?
looks so so yummy. I'm gonna have to make some of these
Just made these so delicious โค
I use canned peaches and some of the juice, brown/white sugar mix, cook until butter, spices and sugars melt. I personally, like to brush melted Kerrygold butter on the outside of crescent before baking. pouring nectar all along sides. Bake until bubbly. Serve with a large scoop of ice cream. OH MY GRACIOUS!๐ฎ
Going to try these on Sunday. Look soooooo good
