  1. If you're eating about 20 grams of protein, just from within your own body, and you're only consuming 30 grams. I do not feel like you are getting enough. Where are the 20 grams daily coming from?? As far as I know, you're body can NOT manufacture essential amino acids, and carbohydrates and or sugar can not be converted into aminos. I do believe that your body can recycle protein, and I do agree however, too much protein can and will be converted to glucose and/or fat. If you change your ratios from what you are eating now to the 40/30/30, I do believe you will change your body composition for the better. NOTE: 40 of your calories from carbs, 30 percent of your calories from protein and same with fats.

  2. I believe what food God has created are all good to eat.When man sinned he gained evil knowledge only for personal gain and messed up the original God made seeds etc. that causes so much health problems today.

  3. I never knew how much of a medical quack this guy was until watching this video. Anyone telling others that 30 grams of protein a day is all you need should be banned wherever and whenever possible. This is total nonsense and should be disregarded by all.

    Unfortunately, he is a typical MD who found he could make a killing by jumping on the nutritional bandwagon using fear-mongering to sell books and promote overpriced supplements. It is quite obvious he doesn't read many credible research papers dealing with nutrition and I recommend people stop listening to the BS that comes out of his mouth. Just another present-day charlatan that should be neither seen nor heard.

  4. I was pre diabetic three years ago. Stopped eating carbs. Started eating eggs, meat, and a little veg. Lost 80 lbs in 1 year. Feeling great at 68 yrs old. Walking every day. No more blood pressure meds.

  5. Good morning Dr. Eggs provide All nutrients for entire chicks development. Mature seniors depend on the egg yolk for cholesterol for the manufacture of new cell membrane in seniors. Eggs provide all essential amino acid to maintain senior muscle mass. Just to say the least. :-).

  6. After this I am unsubscribing. There is no logic it goes back and forth on weather to eat this or that. I am 58 and have been mostly a vegetarian since my teens. I eat eggs and seafood everyday, beens, miso, tofu, natto sometimes and I am fit not overweight I have no joint pain I feel like I did if not better than when i was in my 20s. Haven't been sick in years.

  7. Lets set the record straight! Dr. Adkins did not die from his diet! He died at age 72 from a fall on ice, suffering a fatal head injury!

  9. Less animal protein you eat is better ??? If this is what book says then it should go directly to bin. There are so many people who improved their health, got rid of all chronic disease, got cancer free – all because of eating organic animal proteins coming from meat, organs and eggs inclusive. Doctor recommendations of eating 65% calories from carbs (vegetables and grains) , avoiding saturated and animal fats, eating vegetable fats – is what made people sick and killed millions.
    Organic meat coming from healthy animals who live natural lifestyle, combined with intermittent fasting, avoiding any processed foods, grains, carbs, vegetable oils , and sticking to animal fats is HEALTHY !!!!

  10. I had 2 grandparents that ate eggs and meat plus their own garden vegetables ALL THEIR LIFE and they lived into their 90's easily. I think homegrown foods are much higher in proteins, vitamins and minerals and much healthier for the body!

  12. I am 46, I developed knee arthritis.I don't take any medicine .I didn't eat any eggs for two years. But after starting 2 eggs for 7 days I do not feel any pain in my knee. It's not for protein but for calcium .

  13. I have no problem whit Diabetes and eat eggs and eat meats and Fermented food and eat all my meats is pressure canner cooker ready to eat for years to come lololo😅t😅rust me sr.😂😂😂😂 I'm 61years of age I wish you would try to fallow me around lololo good luck people's..

  15. I eat 2-3 eggs 3 days a week. My HDL went up, triglycerides went down. I'm 70, good health, feeling great, lost 20 lbs. on keto. Works for me. Sorry vegans.
