21. Thank you Jen.. Great suggestions, some I have not heard of yet. I also try to follow a clean eating lifestyle like yourself after suffering severe bloating and inflammation when switching to ww. Your content is so helpful to me and I love your positive vibes. I believe in moderation and treating ourselves every now and than. However I would love to see a eating out/fast food video that includes better ingredients. Tough call I know, but I believe you are the gal to do it. ❤️

23. One weekend I was really depressed from living by myself all the time and never being around anyone else ever ever again because of covid, I went and I bought a dozen Krispy Kreme donuts on Saturday morning, I stayed in bed and I lived off that and coffee for the whole weekend. 😬

27. Thanks Jenn! Very helpful. One suggestion – Chipotle also has Lime cilantro cauliflower rice for a lot less calories than the regular rice so I assume also less points. It meant for me I could go back to a full ‘rice’ serving and so a more filling meal.

    I will need to go watch your previous video. I’ll need to see if some of my favorite fast food spots are there. I will say I’m thrilled to hear that the Arby chicken tenders are more reasonable than I thought. I’ve not had them in ages but I remember them as rather large. I used to find 2 of them to be plenty with some fries even back when I wasn’t eating as healthy as I am now.

    I’m hoping you might have Wendy’s or Burger King in the old video. Wendy’s grilled chicken is very good. I often get it plain to add to some fruit I’ve brought along on my errands.

28. How do I find the first video about fast food and does it include Currito? I know that Carrito’s website offers complete and good nutritional information so I can just calculate there, but I was curious. Thank you very much for making these videos. They are very helpful!
