  1. So I have been making the Breakfast quesadilla for awhile is what I do is fill the entire tortilla and lay another one on top. I got tired of struggling with keeping them folded and then I heat them up and cut in half for my kiddos. Just an idea! I’m all about making life easier.

  2. Try making your tacos like quesodilla (didn't spell right) and cut in half, seems like it would be a little easier that way. Thanks for the great ideas for meals.

  3. FYI, I just got a food saver, I have large gardens and like you enjoy prepping food for freezing. I got some of the silicone bags, a variety of sizes which I liked but find they are really thick & not happy with the seal, it's a separate piece and there difficult to use. I'm curious about the ones you got.

  4. I've tried doing egg sandwich burritto style, using eggs, sausage and cheese. I didn't fry, I baked, but I like how you did it, I think when cooking the eggs it would work better if the eggs were flat, not in big clumps.

  5. Definately gonna try the cauliflower, great idea. The homemade fish sticks look so good, I don't have an air fryer, can they be done in an oven as well? I hope so, I really want to try them, I don't eat enough fish and I think I would with this recipe.

  6. After reading some of the comments I see you have ppl.from all over, thought I would let you know I just came across your video's and love your content. I'm from N. New Portland, Maine, a very small town in the NW Mountains of ME, near Sugarloaf ski resort. Tyfs

  7. I would if you show how u flash freeze and store your foods. I'm new to the food batch making game lol timing, cookware essentials, tips and tricks would be amazing! Thanks for sharing ! New subbie here!

  8. If any one needs a flour tortilla recipe I have a super easy one!
My husband is allergic to wheat so he medically has to be gluten free and I make these all the time

    INGREDIENTS
    1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour ( I use Bob's Red Mills brand)
    1 egg
    1 cup warm milk
    1/8 tsp salt
    1 Tblsp butter melted
    DIRECTIONS
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend well.
Then on a very lightly oiled pan (use a pan sized according to how big you want your tortillas as the mixture will spread to the side walls)
And pour just enough batter onto the pan to just barely cover the entire bottom & reaching the sides
Flip when the edges are easy to pull up on. It should work the same way as making pancakes except a little bit quicker since they are thinner.
If one side gets a little golden brown, that is fine they'll still work & taste the same

It make about 3 large tortillas or 8-12 small/medium tortillas
I use them for sweet snack/desserts with butter & cinnamon sugar or for enchiladas
I have not tested how these will freeze

  9. Honestly, seeing the Bible verse made me cry. Being a Christian and with everything that's going down, I really miss people being open.and loving that this is who they are. <3 Oh, and I love your videos too!

  10. Trust me, I've been doing these for my hubby for years and you do not need to to toast them, they do very well in the these freezer.

  11. I love your videos! Im a new subscriber, but a recipe that is adult and kid friendly is like pigs in the blanket but sausage links and cheese or eggs. Ive used crescent rolls but healthier is Annies biscuits organic and whole wheat or just canned biscuits.

I love that silicone muffin tray! Just what I need. Heading over to Amazon store to see now.

  12. For scrambled eggs my pop taught me when it’s cooking use a silicone whisk to mix and cook it because it makes it more fluffy as it cooks

  13. Have you thought about using crushed cornflakes or rice krspies as topping or coatings. We use them on scotch eggs, fish fingers and chicken nuggets πŸ˜‹. So crunchy

  14. You could use burrito shells put cheese eggs and more cheese flip it cut it into 4 and you eat 1 wedge for breakfast, it's much easier.

  15. I was wondering why u don't make ur breakfast "taco shape" meal the way u do. Could it be done by using two tortillas, one on the bottom, cover it with the mixture, add a second tortilla as the top, then flip when browned on first side. Instead of flipping 4 times for 2, it's only 2 flips for 2 pieces. It's basically a full, round, quesadilla, just slice down the middle!!. Because the cheese melts, it won't be difficult to flip and keep everything in place. Does this sound doable or am I off my rocker!?! Just a thought!! I'm new to watching ur videos and I'll be watching more!! I follow 5 different ladies with enthusiasm and religiously (Brenda Gantt, Jamerril Stewart/Largefamilytable, Amy Maryon/Plainnotsoplain, Tammy/Collard Valley Cooks, Amy Worsham/ Amy's Louisiana Kitchen, Becky/Acre Homestead and am learning a lot even though I'm an empty nester! I still get "mama homemade" meal requests and I love cooking, baking, roasting, etc…what I'd like to do is make freezer meals to help those with food insecurities, the elderly, the disabled etc…and make hot meals for our homeless/street people. I won't be able to do a ton but I'm thinking any amount would be happily received. This year for Thanksgiving, my daughters and I will prepare 2 full on meals, one, 2 days before and one, the day of. The days before will be everything a Thanksgiving meal should be and before we eat our dinner on the actual day, we'll be dropping off warm meals all over Anchorage, Alaska. When we're done delivering, we'll then feed ourselves!! I'm excited to do this and hope all goes well!! Thank u for sharing ur recipes, I love learning!! I'm 59 and many would say I know all I need to know but I think if I didn't try something new, my choices would be limited!! If u stop learning, what is life all about!?! New follower and will share ur channel!!πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™πŸ’–πŸ’–

  16. Do you have a suggestion for something other than peanut butter in the fat booms? I have 9ne kid who is allergic to nuts and another who hates peanut butter so I've been looking for something else to use in fat booms but haven't found anything yet since that seems to be everyone's go to for most recipes I have found.

  17. just found your video last night and have been watching as many as I can. I love your meal planning, preserving etc. You have a real honest talent for the things that you make. Well done you

  18. This video is years old, but I just have to say that mixer is one of the most interesting things I've seen in a while. I've never seen one like that before. I say that as a pastry chef who's been baking for decades.
