Cilantro Lime Chicken
1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (10-ounce can) Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
1 cup corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted
1/2 cup salsa, homemade or store-bought
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
1 red onion, diced
2 teaspoons cumin
2 teaspoons chili powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Juice of 2 limes

Dump everything in but the plastic.
IP: Cook for 25 minutes if frozen, 20 if thawed
Slow cooker: 6-8 house on low

Serve on salad or tortillas or even make into delicious enchiladas!

LAZY LASAGNA:
1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and browned
1 yellow onion, finely chopped (you can cook this with your meat)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 (25 oz.) jar marinara sauce (I think I said a cup…. It was definitely a jar.)
3 cups water

ADD WHEN YOU COOK:
4 cups mini lasagna noodles or lasagnette noodles (or broken lasagna noodles)

Toppings after it cooks:
1 1/2 cups Italian blend cheese or mozzarella, grated
1 cup cottage cheese
kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Slow Cooker: DO NOT ADD THE WATER OR NOODLES. Please cook them on the side. Cook for 3-4 hours on low

IP: Add your noodles, and cook for 7 minutes. This Freezer meals needs to thaw before cooking so you have enough liquid for the noodles.

  1. Italian Steak Marinara
2 pounds cooked beef/chicken fajita meat
    1 chopped onion
    2 cups fresh spinach
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. Basil
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 cup marinara sauce
1 can Hunt's petite diced tomatoes
Fill Hunt's can with water, add to pot/bag
    1 clove garlic (1 tsp.)
Defrost in fridge 24 hours before adding to IP
    Cook time: 7 minutes
Serve over noodles/rice/whatever you want 😉

  2. The experts say to add salt and pepper, especially salt after you cook food. Salt loses flavor and you just add more salt later…we as a nation eat too much salt. You may eat less of this way, where it counts…❤️

  3. Wooohooo! Doing some DEEP DEEP Cleaning around here tonight now that the sun is on its way to set. Man it has been hot but I TOTALLY forgot about dinner and the Boys have been smacking alot on this EXTREMELY Hot Southern Cali Sunday. :0( But I had some smoked sausage I wanted to use up in the Fridge so we did the Lazy Lasagna with those Cute little Bow Tie Pastas that we had on the Counter. So Thank You for reminding me with your Bow Tie Noodles that hey might want to get some dinner on for the Boys hahahaha only running and hour and half late. But I'm make up time with the dish hehehehe. I cut up the already cooked smoked sausage while my 10 year old Little Chef Grab and tossed in things as called for <3 But even as we were doing this my littlest guy still had to make him and his brother a couple Chicken Sandwiches. hahahaha Man I seriously do not know where they put it all. They are Tooth picks but always eating and eating and eating. Man i remember those days hahahahaha. I swear I already gained 3 – 5 pounds just watching the video here and there as we take breaks in our cleaning hahahahahaha

  4. Note that the description says 3 cups of water for the lasagne, while the video says 2 cups. This happened with another video on this channel and I had undercooked rice. Make sure to read the directions too with this channel 🙂

  5. I luv your Instant Pot videos however Sorry I missed which ribs to use && how long do you set timer for after the pressure up ?

  6. Hey six sister stuff is the instant pot safe for college??? Also is convent for college as well??? Great recipes by the way!!!👌❤❤❤

  7. I love the instant pot so much! I have made quinoa, chicken, chili, asparagus MyBest.Kitchen and yogurt in it so far. The only thing that didn't work great was the asparagus. I cooked it for 1 minute and it was still overdone. It is a timesaver and uses much less energy than my gas stove.
