Ingredients:
1 teaspoon minced onion
3 tablespoon Gluten Free Soy Sauce (low sodium)
3 tablespoon Dark Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon Granulated Garlic
1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
2 tablespoon Olive Oil
8 pieces of boneless skinless chicken thighs
2 zucchini – Granulated Garlic – olive oil
Step 1: Add all the above ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Marinate covered for at least 1 hour up to 8 hours. Preheat the grill before cooking.
Step 2: Add to hot grill for 10 minutes on each side. Cook for about 20 minutes. Let’s sit and make the salad.
Step 3: Slice zucchini on an angle and toss with olive oil and granulated garlic. Add them to the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes. Then, add to the platter to serve.
