For 46 years, Artefacto Beach & Country has brought together the main trends of beach villa decoration in furniture and environments that connect people with nature. In 2022, Mostra inaugurates the “Modernist Nature” collection, which prioritizes the originality of the design, the organicity and the sophistication of the raw materials.
Thus, the result is a collection with excellence of the fatto a mano that is being presented in a showroom with environments decorated by renowned Brazilian architects.
The collection presents 20 new items made to measure and signed by Roberto Cimino and Nelson Amorim.
“The guiding thread that guides this fourth collection we have developed for Artefacto Beach & Country continues to be: – Art as inspiration for the production of residential furniture pieces. Treating furniture as an organic entity that reveals itself totally within its inner time of expression. We want to establish a timeless and permanent character for each piece created by us”, explain the professionals.

Debora Aguiar
Since 2004, Debora has been part of the team of architects of Mostra Artefacto Beach & Country. However, it is the first time that the professional has presented a suite.
In addition to a double bedroom, the space also integrates a home office and a garden in the outside area.
“The project brings a cosmopolitan atmosphere that values the warmth with a lot of sophistication and design. The light colors, punctuated by the beige, bring lightness and balance contrasted by the presence of green, “, details.

Debora Roig
Secondly, there is an unusual environment: a Club House. The space has more than 100m2 and unites different environments in an integrated space.
As a result, there is an area of games, cinema, drinks, dance and relaxation. In this way, family and friends will be able to interact in a single space.
Denise Barreto
A beach and country house is usually used to receive friends and family on weekends and holidays. Therefore, having a space that accommodates them is extremely important.
In this case, Debora features a terrace of 90m2 that has gourmet area and living and dining rooms.
“Modulate the stone coating with the beautiful wooden gable, reminiscent of a modernist cobogó, and reinterpret the tone of apparent concrete, exchanging for panels in lacquered gray wood, are jokes or delicacy of this space that has its identity marked with the upholstery all wine/bordto/grena and that I beat Urucum. The selected works of Mariannita Luzzati, Dan Fidini and Eva Soban speak of the formation of the universe, vegetation and lost landscapes, with much love and sensitivity.
Ferrasa & Pickler Architecture
The duo marked their debut at Mostra Artefacto Beach & Country with a space of 79m2 consisting of a tv room and gourmet space.
“Our main inspiration was the modernist period in Brazil and the way art and artists were intertwined. From this point we start to the relationship of architecture with music and we find in the song ‘Wave’, which translates very well what, for us, represents the beach atmosphere: the being together.
With this, we brought the curves of the waves and the tranquility of the sea for the living environment. And for the environment of gourmet we are guided by the curves and sobriety of the concrete of the architecture of the modernist movement”, they present.
Gilberto Elkis
Every year, Gilberto chooses to decorate and do the landscaping of the central square because he believes that the space is the lung of Artefacto Beach & Country. In the 2022 eradication, there are 100m2 with gourmet area and square.
“We can highlight the green beds that surround the central square, the many shades, shapes and various textures of the most varied tropical species. This year, the key element is undoubtedly the fire. We made a large outdoor fireplace, in stone gabion, and this is the central point of the environment,” he points out.
Gustavo Marasca
“The composition of my internal environment starts from the use of rounded corners, bringing the organic form to architecture, which receives not only the texture on the walls, but also a mix of fabrics, privileging a more cozy and natural composition, which extends to the outside area.
The balcony, which also abuses furniture with organic shapes, in addition to the textures, whether on the wooden slatted ceiling, on the natural stone coating and on the vases. Another concern was with lighting, all to make the environment as pleasant as possible, valuing the rounded corners. The environment has a room of 40 square meters and a balcony of 45 square meters”, he explains.
Kalil Ferre and Landscaping
The company formed by Elaine and Maurício participates for the seventh time in the Artefacto Beach & Country Exhibition. This time, they were responsible for the 175m2 landscaping formed by an entrance hall, three lounges and a gourmet kitchen.
“This year’s show theme came in handy. ‘Modernist Nature’, has much in common with our work, where we seek to bring warmth, beauty and functionality in everything we create. For this project, we chose modern furniture and undisputed beauty, we add a rustic and tropical vegetation to embrace the space. All with all the sophistication that Artefacto offers”, they speak.
Karina Afonso
During the 2024 edition at Mostra Beach & Country, the professional presents a technological and comfortable loft. There is also an integration between the environments.
As a result, in all, the living room, bedroom, office, bar, garden with bathroom and dining room form an area of 84m2.
“Our idea was to prioritize natural lighting and ventilation, combine functional and aesthetic elements in a balanced way, work on symmetry and harmony between shapes and colors, and develop a space with moving planes and transparency – some furniture in curves.
We also abuse the effects of light and works of art, in addition to the elements that bring a dimension of infinity, with the use of many mirrors and acrylic. There has always been a concern for functionality, thermal comfort, dynamic design and green economy.”
Lydia Maciel
This is the fifth time that Lídia has presented her work at Mostra Artefacto Beach & Country. This time, it is an office with 135m2 divided into: master suite, spa, study area and rest area.
The modern spirit is present in the sequence of pillars that organize space, in the integrated environment, in the free plant and in the connection with the external. We interpret the plurality of the modern movement, and its simplicity, translating a fluid environment, comfortable and with the appreciation of functions”, he explains.
Patrícia Penna Architecture
The next atmosphere presented at Mostra Artecafto Beach & Country is a loft of 125m2.
“The highlight is the sense of welcome, generated not only by the choice of furniture and finishes, but by the ‘bossa’ between the materials used in the composition of the environment – from indirect and intimate lighting to the textures and colors of the various elements that complete the proposal”, he presents.
In addition, the professional highlights the need that, before beautiful, the environment is useful and functional.
Roger and Eleonora Perez
Then there is another loft proposal. However, this time, with 110m2 designed for those who work from home and love to receive a visit.
Thus, the space is formed by an office, bedroom, living room and dining room.
“We have the marble, the straw, the linen, we also have pots with plants and wood. But what we prioritized the most was precisely to merge the marble with this loft environment”, explains Eleonora.
“Artifact is, for us, synonymous with sophistication, comfort and elegance. The furniture is timeless, they occupy leadership in the market, in addition to being a family, always worrying about everything, they are all careful. With Artefacto we can take it off the paper and put it into reality, making the client’s dream really become a home.”
Sandro Ward
Finally, Sandro had the mission to decorate one of the smallest spaces of the Mostra Artefacto Beach & Country, of 43m2. For this, it was divided into two environments: a space to read, relax and talk and a room.
“I wanted to make a restorative environment and for this I was inspired by techniques used in neuroarchitecture (such as the use of biophilia), and the use of sensory architecture,” he explains.
