The first step is to prepare your skin before your trip.

If you are traveling to hot places, avoid peelings and exfoliations. For cold destinations, intensify your hydration.
Before boarding, apply a deep moisturizing cream to your body and face (counting the areas around the eyes) and apply sunscreen.
Also apply a balm or cocoa butter to your lips.
Try to keep a cream, balm, eye drops in your bag or handbag in case your eyes dry out during the flight and thermal water to spray on your face when you feel the need, especially in the eye area.
Avoid wearing heavy makeup during air travel, as this can make your skin dry or oily.
Inside the aircraft, stay hydrated and give preference to water and juices, leaving coffee aside, as the drink helps with the dehydration process.
The same goes for alcoholic beverages, salt and sugar.
Furthermore, always wear comfortable clothes during the flight.
Don’t give up a nap during your air travel. They are invigorating and will leave your skin much more rested and beautiful.
If the journey is very long, get up from your seat from time to time to stretch your legs and, if possible, take short walks to the bathroom, for example. This will help your circulation and, consequently, your skin.
