can you recommend anything similar in UK currency from UK as as I did go on the website and its all in US dollars please. I would love to go raw vegan but I don’t understand how you guys can eat so much and not become overweight? Someone care to explain. I know you have to eat a lot to get a good amount of protein but for how long are your workouts because with this amount of food you have to burn something off. I’m genuinely interested in it.

Thank you for sharing about Lent. I became Catholic a year ago- after simple protestantism. I did a two day water fast at the beginning of this last week of Lent. I have done a 10 day Daniel fast and I have numerous juicing fasts but never am able to fully go vegan. We stopped eating pork two years ago as a family. I would love the ability to have plant based diet in my family. Also, I’m also an Olivia ❤

My issues are leaky gut, bipolar, paranoid schizophrenia, ADD, partial autism, damaged teeth, gastritis, colitis, anti-social personality disorder, astigmatism/terrible vision, lymphedema in the legs and arms, deeply ingraded athlete's foot in both feet, depression, scrunched up penis, hernia, heavy metal toxicity, dizziness, lightheadedness, jock itch, Pulverman's syndrome, post nasal drip, partial diarrhea, receeding gums, psoriasis, and dandruff.
My current treatments are extended straight ACV footsoaks, elongated urine retention enema therapy, celery juice consumption first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, walks when the sun is at it's peak/stretching/vigorous arms and legs massaging, cacao intake(including ceremony), high fiber salad intake, fresh urine spiked with cacao powder and cayenne pepper footsoaks, cacao powder eyedrops application, ACV epidermal applications, turmeric intake, detoxification "chili"(like whole onion and garlic(including the green stuff), ACV, honey, cinnamon, cacao, tomatoe, olive oil, green bell pepper, fresh mint, cayenne pepper, black pepper, fresh turmeric, fresh ginger, and pink Himalayan salt), both forearms stinging nettle wackage, two and a half hour long makeshift homemade cacao pudding fingerpainted genitals application, testicular cacao water soak, a successful cacao powder fortified urine retention enema, and an unsuccessful one that was also enhanced with cayenne pepper that shot right back out due to burnage.
I would really love to eat raw but how I never know how much calories and micronutrients I need. Help please!

New to watching raw and raw vegan and juicing..would u direct me to the written plan so I understand how raw works..mostly i hear how people eat but that's not the whole story ..I was wfpb sos free started out with Chef aj. .I need the plan so I can adapt it for my needs. I have some scary things I've been walking through so
I need the BASIC plan..I do not need nuts and other fats some can adapt to… because of my heart and blood sugar issues. So I need to do raw healthy. So thank u for considering sending link on the basic food plan..you are about the 5th person who have videos here… and I have no response..I need some basic paperwork I can print out so again thanks i hope you have some wisdom on this. ❤ bless u..
