How to whiten white clothes

1 – Vinegar for stains on white clothes

  1. Combine two tablespoons of white vinegar with the same amount of baking soda;
  2. Apply this paste directly to the stained area;
  3. Finally, leave it to act for 30 minutes and wash the item normally.

2 – Coconut detergent for stains on white clothes

  1. Melt a stain-removing soap, such as the “Vanish” brand, grated in warm water;
  2. Separately, mix water, alcohol and coconut detergent;
  3. Combine the two mixtures and add a glass of hydrogen peroxide;
  4. Keep the liquid in a bottle, adding it to the washing machine, in the part reserved for bleach.

3 – Sugar

  1. Add a glass of sugar with half a liter of bleach, mixing until dissolved;
  2. Add half a liter of water;
  3. Place your stained white clothes in this mixture and leave to marinate for 20 minutes;
  4. Finally, wash normally.

4 – Alcohol

  1. In two liters of warm water, combine half a glass of alcohol, half a glass of liquid soap and half a glass of bicarbonate;
  2. In a container with a lid, leave your white clothes to soak for 6 hours;
  3. Wash everything as you normally do, either in the sink or in the machine.

You can even, for example, replace liquid soap with grated coconut soap.

5 – Hydrogen peroxide

  1. In a container, add 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide, a tablespoon of washing powder and 2 liters of boiling water;
  2. Stir a lot until the soap is diluted in the mixture;
  3. Leave the items to soak for up to half an hour and finish washing in the usual way.

However, avoid using this mixture on clothes that have colored parts, as they may end up staining with hydrogen peroxide.

6 – Microwave

  1. First, wash your white clothes with soap and water to remove surface dirt;
  2. Lightly add powdered soap and bleach to the pieces and place them in a plastic bag;
  3. Tie the bag, but don’t forget to leave it open a little so that the air can escape;
  4. Leave it in the microwave for 3 minutes, pause and open to let the air out and, finally, leave it for another 2 minutes;
  5. Take care when removing the parts as they will be hot
  6. Finally, rinse normally.

7 – Stove

  1. Start by putting water in a large pan and boiling;
  2. Add one piece of baking soda and one tablespoon of washing powder;
  3. “Cook” your chosen pieces for 5 minutes;
  4. Afterwards, turn off the heat and let the water cool completely;
  5. Finally, do a normal wash with washing powder.
