If your hair is curly and you don’t know what to do to make it gorgeous, hydrated and full of life, how about learning a super easy homemade recipe, using apple cider vinegar, to transform your curls and make you even more beautiful? ?
Apple cider vinegar is essential for most of our daily beauty rituals, both for the skin of our face and body, as well as for our hair.
Specifically for curly hair, this product, which until recently only lived in the kitchen, is an essential ingredient for an important ritual in the hair schedule: reconstruction.
Dull and lifeless hair needs weekly hydration and fortnightly reconstruction to recover from the aggressions suffered daily and to reacquire nutrients.
The reconstruction that we will go through next is called acid reconstruction, and it has this name because its main objective is to control the hair’s Ph levels, which cause dryness and loss of shine in the curls.
Continued treatment, using acid reconstruction, will give new life to dull curly strands, leaving them much more manageable, hydrated and nourished, allowing you to definitely achieve divo curls!
If you can’t find apple cider vinegar, other types of fruit and cereal-based vinegar are also welcome.
On the other hand, avoid applying alcohol or wine-based vinegars to your hair, as the composition of these products can further worsen the dryness of your locks.

The acid reconstruction
When the curls are lifeless and very dry, it is a sign that the hair’s Ph, that is, its acidity level, is too high.
To solve the problem, it is necessary to regulate this acidity, using products with a low Ph.
That’s where our beauty favorite comes into play: apple cider vinegar.
Apple cider vinegar, in addition to having a low Ph, which helps balance the acidity of the hair and scalp, seals the cuticle of the hair, preventing dryness and split ends and leaving the hair with much more shine.
Furthermore, as it is a natural product, apple cider vinegar does not harm the hair, maintaining its integrity, as well as the essential oils present in the hair.
To carry out acid reconstruction, in addition to vinegar, you will need some water (preferably filtered), an anti-residue shampoo, a reconstructive mask for curly hair and conditioner.
