Why does coconut water help moisturize your hair?
Many experts indicate that it is necessary to drink a lot of water, especially during the summer, to hydrate the body.
One of the preferred substitutes is coconut water as it is natural and has great hydrating power.
Just like the body, hair can also benefit from the emollient properties of coconut water and it’s easy to understand why this happens.
Coconut water is rich in fatty acids. These are responsible for hydrating the body when we drink the drink.
Coconut pulp, also used to make this homemade moisturizer, is rich in mineral salts and natural oils, substances that provide incredible hydration for the locks.
In addition to helping to hydrate your hair, this homemade moisturizer with coconut water helps eliminate dandruff as the fruit has antibacterial and antifungal effects.
