Pizzaiolo chicken recipe
Ingredients
- 500g chicken fillet
- 100 g grated provolone cheese
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 lemon
- Black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves
- Oregano
- Oil
Preparation mode
- First, let’s organize all the ingredients that we will use in our pizzaiolo chicken recipe. Therefore, cut the chicken breast into fillets, chop the onion and tomato into small cubes and peel and finely chop the garlic cloves.
- Next, we will season the chicken files with chopped garlic, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Mix very well with your hands and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat a frying pan and add a drizzle of olive oil.
- Add the chicken fillets and let them brown on both sides for about 3 minutes each.
- So, take a large mold or dish, grease the bottom with olive oil and add the chicken fillets.
- Sprinkle provolone cheese on top and place in the preheated oven to brown.
- When the cheese is well melted, remove from the oven and cover the chicken fillets with the tomato and onion seasoning.
- Finish by sprinkling oregano and you’re ready to serve the chicken to pizzaiolo.

- The secret to super tasty chicken is always the marinade.. Therefore, the tip is to season the chicken and let it rest in the seasoning for at least 30 minutes to get more flavor.
