What to do if you forget to take it

The action of Thames 30 may be reduced when a tablet is forgotten. If you forget to take up to 12 hours, you should take the forgotten tablet as soon as possible. If you forget to take more than 12 hours, you should take the pill as soon as you remember, even if you need to take two pills on the same day.
