  1. MuscleTech makes one I take and it's truly a good product. Walmart has it for $22.99. other places have it, but that's the cheapest I have found.
I'm just a regular guy, lifting 4 times a week… I'm sure it's not the perfect product, but if you're just looking for a good all-around inexpensive protein, it really seems to work well. I definitely get the creatine pumps. I haven't worked out in about 10 years until recently. I used to be the guy that tried everything that they came out with and every brand… I was the "spend a Fortune" guy on everything in the muscle magazines…

So I'm at least familiar with what works for me and I definitely can tell that this has been a good product for me.
I have hardly ever seen any information or reviews on it on YouTube… So hopefully this may help somebody out. It's a great price and has Creatine in it.
It says 30 g of protein per scoop. Approximately 3 grams of creatine per serving (I say a proximate because I'm not sure if it settles or anyting in these new proteins) 19 servings per container.
I'm not trying to hype it up because I don't know if it will work is good for everybody, but I'm also not one of these people worried about not having one or two grams of claimed protein. As long as it's a good quality and good taste and it does what I need.
Anyways, thank you guys for your show it's always awesome to get information from y'all. I come here now anytime I have any questions about any products or workouts

  2. Whey protein in the market contains creatine now.If not taken as one, then why there are products out there?

  3. Does it have a problem mixing with my protein or do i need to find a protein powder that has creatine in it (which are few and far between)

  4. Bro i was drinking my protéine shake with creatine in it and when he said don’t do that your stomachs will explode i panic i was like so this is how am dying 😂

  5. What do you think about splitting my supplement (whey protein + creatine) intake into two parts, with one before and one after my workout? Taking half of my recommended dosage before exercise and the other half after could help ensure that my muscles are fueled with the necessary nutrients to support growth and recovery.

The recommended dosage for whey protein and creatine is generally around 20 grams and 4 grams, respectively. By splitting this dose into two parts, I could take 10 grams of whey protein with 2 grams of creatine before my workout, and then take the remaining 10 grams of whey protein with 2 grams of creatine after my workout. Do you think this is a good idea?

  6. Protein powders don't include creatine probably because you want to measure amount of protein and amount of creatine, separately, depending on your current weight and situation.

  7. My question is how taking to a whole new level and mix protein powder and creatine with Kefir? 140 calories 18g of real cane sugar and it’s own 10g of protein plus it’s super gut healthy.

  8. The whey protein I bought contains 3g of creatine, should I take 5g of creatine in addition or should I adjust it by flowing 2-3g?

  9. When i started taking creatine i was adding it to my BCAA drinks. Then i started taking whey yesterday. Now i add it to my protein shakes before my workout. Depending on how my day is going. I still add it to my BCAA drink before my workout if its early in the morning then take a protein shake post workout

  10. i dont know why but i feel if i mix the Creatine will vanish in the protine shake, what do you guys think?

  11. I bought a giant tub of protein powder with creatine and my heart skipped a beat he said in the beginning that you shouldnt mix them lol

  12. people have really complicated working out to the point where you feel like you have to get a college degree in biology to understand what they are doing. Lemme simplify it for yall workout hard eat well and often end of discussion. you dont need pills or powder. dont give all your hard earned money to these companies. Unless you are a pro bodybuilder its not necessary

  13. Can you mix the creatine with l glutamine and drink it at the same time ? I headd that its not good because they will compete with absorption. Os this true ?

  14. What if you are NOT 'working out' but just going for long walks? Should a person take protein/creatine? Or is it a waste of time?

  15. I'm sure he means sodium chloride (NaCl), and not sodium (Na). Sodium and water actually will blow up in your cup.

  16. What i did was during loading phase, i loaded up with creatine and water before workouts. Protein shake after workouts. After the loading phase was complete , i put creatine in Protein shake and only.drank AFTER workouts. The results were, with workout swell, drinking the Protein shake mixed with creatine you'd keep that workout swell and add to the swell with every workout
Scrawny to buff in 6 weeks.

  17. 😂 such a funny question a condescending assumption that everyone is as deep into the fitness rabbit hole as me i guess but researching all your supps i believe is important to know when to use at prime times

  18. who does this idiot say your stomach will explode then take 16 hours to say he was kidding. Someone asks a legitimate question and he jokes.
