For those who like themed restaurants, the T-Rex already Disney Springs could be a good option during a trip to Orlando. As the name suggests, the place is inspired by the universe of dinosaurs and customers feel like they are truly entering the Jurassic era.
The place looks more like a park than a restaurant. The big attraction is a 4.5 meter tall T-Rex. There is also an environment that simulates an ice cave that changes color.
MENU
Like most American restaurants, you can’t expect much from what Disney Springs’ T-Rex offers on the menu, but the fun comes in the name of each dish, which is inspired by the world of dinosaurs.
At the entrance, for example, there is a Colosso Beef Nachoswhich is a mix of Mexican food, or Supersaurus Tasting, with various starters such as onion rings and beef ribs. There are also many salad options, such as Jurassic Salad(carrots, tomatoes, olives and sauce) and Caesar-Saurus salad.

On the day we went, we chose the Brontosaurus Burger (fried onion ring, lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese, served with waffle-shaped fries). It was good, but nothing extraordinary. There are also other burger options.
The menu continues with Seafood, pastas e carnes. The T-Rex at Disney Springs also offers menu infantile (see the updated menu and prices).
One of the highlights of the night is the famous dessert Chocolate Extinctionwhich serves four people and comes with chocolate cake, ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate and caramel topping.

Service is good, but we had a small setback. We ordered the burger, but two of them came without onions and the other, which was supposed to be rare, came well done. When we questioned the waiter, he said that the restaurant was dark and for this reason it gave the impression that the burger was not cooked. Not satisfied, he brought a flashlight to show what color the meat was. Only after that, the waiter decided to bring the new burger and stood still waiting for the person to take a bite to show the color of the meat again with the flashlight.
Apart from this slightly unpleasant situation, the service was good.
At the exit of the restaurant, as expected, there is a store with various dinosaur-related products.
