For the date, the Casa Santa Luzia rotisserie, in partnership with chef Carlos Siffert, prepared recipes such as sole with asparagus, matzah varenikis with golden onion, oven-baked eggplant with golden onions and leek rice.

Among the chocolates, packaged for gift giving, there is the Crochet Basket with 50 eggs made of Callebaut milk chocolate 33.6% and Callebaut dark chocolate 54.5%, wrapped in colored lead paper.

On Easter Sunday it is possible to taste the complete menu with starter (fig salad, parma ham, pecorino cheese and walnuts, in honey sauce), main course (artichoke risotto and zafferano mantecato with brie with rack of lamb in herb sauce Mediterranean dishes) and dessert (strawberry and almond tortino with homemade vanilla ice cream).

Those planning to spend Good Friday at Pina can enjoy one of the house’s fish dishes, such as risotto arancia and gorgonzola (caramelized orange and gorgonzola cheese), with fish of the day. Or try the pasta fettuccine gamberi zafferano ed asparagi (with pink shrimp, saffron and asparagus sauce; and tortelli di pere e pecorino con salsa di rape rosse (pear tortelli and pecorino cheese with beetroot sauce).

The restaurant will serve special lunches to celebrate Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
