(Colorful Baby Sushi)
*All measurements are in US standard format
Approx. 0.4lb Cooked white short grain rice
1 handful Cooked broccoli florets or edamame
1 handful Cooked pink salmon

Separate the cooked rice into 3 portions – one with the broccoli, one with the mashed deboned salmon, and one as just rice by itself
Place a sheet of plastic wrap over a shot glass or small container. Make sure the wrap is tight on top and secured over the sides.
3 layers inside the shot glass – bottom layer is salmon rice, middle layer is white rice only, and the top layer is broccoli/edamame rice. Make sure the top of each layer is nice and flat!

(Flower-shaped Egg)
1 Boiled egg
5 Skewers ( I cut a few long skewers into 4 -5” sizes)
1 sheet Plastic wrap
