Chef Elia Schramm’s newly opened Italian restaurant has authentic pasta. Therefore, on the menu, highlights include the Pomodoro & Burrata (R$49), spaghetti with pomodoro, basil and burrata sauce, and the vegetarian option, Funghi & Tartufo (R$74), gnocchi doratti with mushrooms and truffle salsa.

The Peruvian and Chinese cuisine restaurant has six pasta options on the menu. At Leblon’s Italian restaurant, there is certainly no shortage of options to celebrate Pasta Day. One of them, for example, is the spaghetti ala gricia (R$72), prepared by Venetian chef Rudy Bovo. The recipe uses pecorino Romano, black pepper and guanciale (a type of unsmoked Italian bacon made with pork cheek).

Italian chef Augusto Piras has renewed the restaurant’s menu. In the fresh pasta section, all are now produced on site, with 100% 00 Italian flour, only with egg yolk. Highlight for the Cavatelli Alla Moda Castellana (R$68), pomodoro sauce, cream and pesto, with fresh asparagus. In addition, there is also Spaghetti Cacio & Pepe (R$52), made with pecorino cheese and black pepper.
