During my most recent stay in Los Angeles, I was invited to a delicious lunch at the Culina restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills.

Culina’s pleasant atmosphere

The restaurant, with a separate entrance from the hotel, opened two and a half years ago and is Italian with a contemporary feel. The young chef Meredith Manee, in addition to being very friendly, makes really delicious dishes, with the advantage of coming in a normal quantity, and not the waste typical of American restaurants.

The modern and relaxed atmosphere has brought many people to the restaurant who are not staying at the hotel. This is where guests have breakfast, but at lunch time, many business lunch and at night, a varied frequency: groups, couples and executives.

Petit gateau: beautiful and delicious!

I ate a tuna starter and a traditional pasta with tomato sauce, one of the house’s signature dishes. And I couldn’t miss trying the local petit gateau. On the menu, there are also several salads and pizzas and the pasta is made right there.
