The laid-back Label Brooch
When I visited Label Broche, I ordered a board with several cold cuts for starters and a tasty roast chicken with potatoes for the main, the chef’s signature dish. To finish, I ate a crème brûlée and tried the Tarte Tatin, a classic fruit pie from French cuisine, known for its combination of caramelized apples and a puff pastry crust. The new restaurant at Galeries Lafayette further reflects Gallienne’s culinary identity as a passionate chef and advocate of local produce.
